The Villa

Set in the peaceful Cumbrian Lakes estate, the villa offers luxury living, just minutes from the main attractions of Orlando.

Living Area

The living area comprises of a spacious open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and lounge combined. Stylishly furnished throughout, all the modern conveniences and home comforts are provided.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range, fridge freezer (with ice maker), waste disposal unit, coffee maker and toaster. The separate dining area offers seating for 6, with further seating by the pool area for those lazy balmy nights.

For those lazy days around the villa, the lounge is equipped with a television (with cable access), DVD player and radio/CD player.

Bedrooms

	The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a great view of the lake and fountains beyond. The room is fully equipped with a King size bed and walk-in wardrobe - ideal to take advantage of the great shopping Florida offers! A TV is included, should arguments start about which of the many TV channels to watch. For the truly decadent, a whirlpool bath is provided in the on-suite bathroom. A separate shower cubicle is also available.
A second double bedroom is available with a Queen size bed. A TV is also available.

Two twin rooms are available which share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. Televisions are available in both rooms.

Lanai or Pool Area

The villa has a large lanai or pool area at the rear, where loungers and chairs are provided to enable you to bask in the beautiful Florida sun.

When the sun gets too hot feel free to take a dip in the pool, or just sit and relax in the adjoining spa.

An alarm fitted to the patio door will alert you in the event of children accessing the lanai area unobserved. For additional safety, the pool has a removable barrier to prevent children from directly accessing the pool.
