The community at Cumbrian Lakes is very peaceful and set amongst 3 beautiful lakes. The community boasts a children's play area and scenic hiking. Our home backs onto the central lake in the community, which boasts 2 fountains. These light up at night providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a late night glass of wine by the pool.

For the security conscious, access to the community at night is only possible by entering a pre-advised code into a keypad. This allows the electric gates to open.

There are a large variety of restaurants and fast food outlets, along the nearby Highway 192, to suit all pockets and tastes. If you prefer a home cooked meal, you will find plenty of supermarkets to keep the fridge well stocked.

As well as the obvious attractions of the warm climate, the friendly people, and of course the world famous theme parks, Florida also offers many areas of outstanding natural beauty. These include amazing beaches and the fascinating mangrove swamps of the Everglades.
